Today I feel so much better !!
Unlike yesterday I was groomy & sleepy .

Injection Day

Today I`m going for my 5in1 1st DPT Vaccine and Rotavirus .Don`t know is it because I`m afraid as I woke up very early at 7am .By 9am we are on the way to the clinic which located near Bishan Junction 8 . My weight is at 6.5kg and height at 59cm . Mummy consulted Dr Leong how to improve on my feeding as she commended that I should have double my birth weight . Dr Leong recommended Mummy to increase to 7 feeds instead of 5 feeds . But Daddy felt it is too much for me and felt that since I`m putting on weight and I`m happy is fine .

And I thought I will be able to taste some other thing like cerels or apple puree next month . But Dr Leong commented that Mummy should only start when I reach my 6th month . No choice ....I just got to wait !

During the jab , I `m smiling away with Dr Leong as she poked me the needle .I immediately yelled when she pull it out but is just a few seconds .After all is not that pain as I expected. Mummy & Daddy praised me I`m a brave boy .


But for the whole evening I was cranky and groomy.Mummy worried that I will develope fever . Therefore got to monitor me for the night.

My 3rd Month Milestones

Physically and mentally
• I can raise head and chest with better control when paced on tummy and even try to flip with Mummy`s help
• May roll from back to side when I sleep and never realise it therefore the bed half of it is mine ..
• Is better at distinguishing visual details
• Has better hand-eye coordination
• Opens and closes hands
• Grasps and shakes toys
• Brings both hands together
• Kicks more energetically and able to straighten legs
• Sometimes I can imitates sounds which Daddy make at me .
• Will establish social smile at someone which I`m familiar with ,
• Clearly knows the difference between caregivers and strangers



Language and emotions
• Laughs
• Dad and Mum can recognise my distinct cries for different needs
• Makes longer vowel sounds



Feeding
I have a fluctuating appetite .Sometime I can finish all my milk but sometime I don`t even like the taste of milk.But so far I`m doing fine as my weight is gaining .But this is also Mummy`s great concern as she is working won`t be able to monitor my feeding .


Sleep
Daddy & Mummy having headache when come to bedtime routine as I sleep very late but have been sleeping throught the night since I`m three weeks old .
But till now I can`t sleep without Mummy`s carring and patting . Hope I can learn to sleep on my own fast so that will not tired out Mummy .

Rainy Sunday

What a day ...sigh ! Thought I can go out shopping today BUT it rain so heavily today AGAIN . As I was having a slight running nose so there goes my weekend again .
Hmmm so ANGRY as next week I`m having my DPI first jab coming saturday , hope that I will a be brave boy .

Peek-A-Boo

It is a cooling afternoon , feeling bored thinking wherther Daddy&Mummy bringing me out.But who know it rain the whole afternoon. When I was trying to get myself to sleep while lying on the bed , I try something which make Mummy so overjoyed by my action .

First Day Without Mummy Around

Today is Mummy`s first day back to work after spending 12 weeks of her maternity leave with me.I woke up at about 930am and Daddy fed me .I didn`t drink much as I being to miss Mummy .I guess I knocked off sleeping at 11am again and only woke up realised that already 1.30pm . Daddy complaint to me saying that Mummy is so naggy that she been calling almost every 30mins intervals.

Daddy bathed me and handled me to granny who just got home from work. Granny tried to fed me once again and as usual granny will rock me after each meal. I been a good boy have long nap which allowed Daddy to do his work .

YES....I`m delighted when I woke up and saw Mummy finally got home .Heard Daddy telling Mummy that I`ve been a VERY GOOD BOY today as I had promised. Well ...thank you for reading and ~ JOIN OUR REAL EXCITING LIFE ~.Hope that my life can be more exciting tomorrow

Mummy`s Thought 2

I`m going back to work this coming Wednesday . I feel sad and worry wondering whether my Mother-inlaw and Eric can tend to his needs. Jorel is not a easy fellow and I really mean it . He can get cranky very easily especially he wants to sleep and seem like I`m the only person can pat/rock him to sleep. When he wants milk he wants it now and nothing can cool him down. His crying and yelling are that loud that the whole block can hear him :(

And I realise that he tend to be more sticky to me these days maybe he also knows that I`m returing to my work.I try not to attend to him during the day and let my hubby or MIL to handle him . When I heard him crying ,it makes my heartache .My main concern is that he have not been drinking well as he seem to reject formula milk recently and I did not want to stop breast-feeding him as I know breast milk is the best food for my son .Returing to work mean I can`t latch him whenever he wants milk. And as of my work scope I can`t pump it in the office. Many things came floating in one by one,maybe I just need to see thing day by day.Hope Jorel will be fine .

Outing To My Cousin Eldric`s Full Month Celebration

When I woke up , Mummy change me into something nice . As today is my little cousin Eldric`s full month . Hahah someone who is younger than me by 11weeks . Baby Eldric is so tiny and handsome . And I also got to see Kor Kor Ethan for the very first time.Kor Kor Ethan is 15months old and he can crawl around the place . I can`t wait to do that too !

First Night Stay at Grandpa&Grandma New House

Last night was my first night stay at Grandpa & Grandma new house. I enjoy Grandpa,Grandma & Uncle Evan's accompany .They play with me throughtout the evening . However the fun time fly and it is BEDTIME again , Daddy cleaned me up and Mummy put me into our new bed and pat me to sleep. I just can`t get myself to sleep and became cranky , I guess it is the new environment . Daddy got to fly me around the room before I got sleepy before anything else I couldn`t remember ......zzzzz

Tight Fitting Polo Ralph

Daddy & Mummy have me put on my new Polo Ralph .But they did not realise that I have grown out it.Therefore I was very uncomfortable and groomy until I arrived granny`s place . And she changed me into something comfortable, only then I felt comfortable.

But Daddy still manage to take a shot of a forceful smile and a nice pose.

Woke up with a Smile

My Very First Touch

This evening Daddy decided to put me on his lap with my toy, showing me how to play and learn ABC . Well it didn`t take me long to enjoy the music from rolling ball.
Daddy took my hand and being rolling the ball for a few times and I surprise Daddy & Mummy by able to roll the ball on my OWN . Mummy praised me "clever boy "
